I was worried the aluminum edges would mark up my desk, but the elastomer pads on these are genuinely soft and leave zero scratches. They also killed a nasty vibration hum my setup had. Sturdy little things.

These silicone pads actually grip my desk instead of sliding around like the cheap plastic ones I had before. The aluminum feels solid and my monitor sits at a much better angle now. No scratches on my desk either.

Set these under my laptop and the wobble on my desk is basically gone. The elastomer pads grip without leaving scuffs on the aluminum, which is exactly what I was worried about. Four wedges, zero slipping so far.
